Professional AI & Machine Learning Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Callum Barker / Senior Engineering Manager | Sep 21, 2026

Our experience with IT'hots was really positive from start to finish. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. I would recommend IT'hots to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

IT'hots was brought in to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The engagement ran for about 5 months.

Great Experience With IT'hots on Our Software Development Project

Nicole Carter / Marketing Director | Jun 20, 2026

The project went well overall. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We hired IT'hots to build a custom operations platform to replace the spreadsheets and email threads we were running the business on. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. Overall it was a 3-month engagement.
