The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.
