A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Laura Fischer / Director | Aug 13, 2026

We were happy with the final result. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Our company worked with InnovateIT Labs to port our game to new platforms and improve performance. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. Overall it was a 4-month engagement.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Ananya Reddy / CEO | Jul 24, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. I would recommend InnovateIT Labs to anyone looking for a dependable Software Development partner.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Layla Khan / Co-Founder & CTO | Jan 11, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.
