Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Sam Ngata / Managing Director | Oct 13, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. I would recommend Ideamagix to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

Ideamagix was brought in to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The project took roughly 2 months from kickoff to launch.

Dependable IT Consulting Partner for a Growing Real Estate Business

Sara Rahman / Senior Product Manager | Sep 10, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We partnered with Ideamagix to help us choose and plan the rollout of a new core system. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 8 months.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Bec Taylor / Co-Founder | Sep 02, 2026

Ideamagix did good work for us, and we would use them again. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We engaged Ideamagix to review our technology setup and give us a roadmap for the next two years. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The project took roughly 3 months from kickoff to launch.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Lukas Koch / IT Director | Aug 31, 2026

The project went well overall. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The IT Consulting work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.

Great Experience With Ideamagix on Our Mobile App Development Project

Derek Patel / Co-Founder & CTO | Jul 30, 2026

The project went well overall. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.
