Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Lena Fischer / VP of Engineering | Sep 17, 2026

https://www.ericoitservices.com.au/ did good work for us, and we would use them again. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. I would recommend https://www.ericoitservices.com.au/ to anyone looking for a dependable Software Development partner.

Project summary

https://www.ericoitservices.com.au/ was brought in to rebuild an internal order management system that had outgrown its original design. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. We worked together for around 6 months.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Ananya Kulkarni / Senior Engineering Manager | Sep 10, 2026

Our experience with https://www.ericoitservices.com.au/ was really positive from start to finish. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Skilled Web Development Team That Understood Our Business

They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.
