Solid AI & Machine Learning Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Sophie Holmes / Co-Founder & CTO | Oct 20, 2026

Hecta Systems did good work for us, and we would use them again. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

We hired Hecta Systems to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. Overall it was a 7-month engagement.

They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Carlos Ramirez / Project Manager | Sep 18, 2026

Our experience with Hecta Systems was really positive from start to finish. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive Mobile App Development Team

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Charlotte Ahmed / IT Director | Jun 13, 2026

The project went well overall. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.
