The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing.
