Great Experience With Gray Matter on Our Quality Assurance & Testing Project

Andre Bennett / Co-Founder | Sep 16, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Gray Matter. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

Gray Matter was brought in to set up automated testing for our web application. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 9 months.
