Flack Agency Delivered a Quality E-commerce Development Solution on Time

Sara Saleh / Director | Oct 16, 2026

Flack Agency did good work for us, and we would use them again. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

Our company worked with Flack Agency to add subscriptions and a better checkout to our existing store. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 6-month engagement.

Dependable E-commerce Development Partner for a Growing Government & Public Sector Business

Tobias Richter / Co-Founder & CTO | Apr 03, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Flack Agency. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

Rachel Foster / General Manager | Feb 18, 2026

Our experience with Flack Agency was really positive from start to finish. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.
