Five Programmers Delivered a Quality IT Consulting Solution on Time

Ben Ahmed / CTO | Oct 06, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Our company worked with Five Programmers to help us choose and plan the rollout of a new core system. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. Overall it was a 3-month engagement.

Crestview Realty Ltd is a Real Estate business in London, UK. As CTO, I was responsible for this project on our side and the main contact for Five Programmers.

Our team was spending too much time on manual work. The goal was to help us choose and plan the rollout of a new core system so they could focus on customers.
What services did the company provide for your project?

Customer feedback has been positive, and we have seen better engagement since going live.
What did you like most about working with this company?
The consistency. Same team, same standard, from the first week to the last.

Solid IT Consulting Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Lukas Hoffmann / Operations Manager | Oct 01, 2026

Five Programmers did good work for us, and we would use them again. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We hired Five Programmers to assess our architecture before a major product rebuild. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 9-month engagement.

Great Experience With Five Programmers on Our Mobile App Development Project

Emma Tremblay / Senior Product Manager | Sep 14, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. I would recommend Five Programmers to anyone looking for a dependable Mobile App Development partner.

Project summary

We engaged Five Programmers to develop a field-staff app with offline mode that syncs back to our main system. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The project took roughly 7 months from kickoff to launch.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Darragh Walsh / Managing Director | Aug 31, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Five Programmers. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Amanda Fisher / Founder & CEO | Apr 29, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

The Mobile App Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes.
