Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Jessica Patel / Operations Manager | Oct 18, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

The Software Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We hired Eskelia to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The engagement ran for about 9 months.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Zoe Nguyen / Head of Engineering | Oct 17, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Eskelia. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. Happy to recommend them.

Project summary

Our company worked with Eskelia to redesign the user experience of our SaaS product. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 7 months.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Brandon Morgan / Founder | Sep 13, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. I would recommend Eskelia to anyone looking for a dependable Web Development partner.

Capable Mobile App Development team — happy with the end result

Sam Ngata / Founder | Sep 11, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Julia Becker / Project Manager | Jul 16, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The Mobile App Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.

Happy to recommend them.

Dependable UI/UX Design Partner for a Growing Advertising & Marketing Business

Meera Iyer / Chief Digital Officer | Apr 29, 2026

The project went well overall. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. I would recommend Eskelia to anyone looking for a dependable UI/UX Design partner.

Would happily work with them again

Amy Clarke / Founder | Feb 22, 2026

We were happy with the final result. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.
