Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Ananya Kulkarni / Founder & CEO | Oct 01, 2026

Epicalyx Solutions did good work for us, and we would use them again. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. I would recommend Epicalyx Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

We engaged Epicalyx Solutions to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 5-month engagement.

How clearly did the company understand your requirements and business goals?

Very well. They asked a lot of questions upfront and turned our rough ideas into a clear plan.

How was your overall experience with their communication and project management?

Organised and transparent. Their project manager kept the project on track and flagged risks early.

Yes, I've already recommended them to a couple of people I know.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Chloe Chen / Head of Engineering | Sep 28, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Dependable Blockchain Development Partner for a Growing Manufacturing Business

Rob Doyle / Head of Digital Transformation | Sep 24, 2026

We were happy with the final result. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.
