Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive IT Managed Services Team

Jonas Schmidt / VP of Engineering | Sep 25, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. I would recommend Epic Design Labs to anyone looking for a dependable IT Managed Services partner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about our specialized technology solutions? We have the answers to help you make informed decisions.

Epic Design Labs typically covers the standard range of software development work — mobile apps, web platforms, custom internal tools, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and larger enterprise builds. Its core focus areas include Crypto Exchange Development, Chat Bots & AI Development, Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development.

What Epic Design Labs charges comes down to a handful of variables — how complex the project is, the number of development hours involved, the tech stack required, team size, and which engagement model you pick. Based on available data, Epic Design Labs's typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.

The exact stack shifts by project, but Epic Design Labs commonly works across things like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Flutter, React Native, native iOS and Android, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. For context, it has experience across industries such as Insurance, Automotive, Agriculture, Advertising & Marketing and Media & Entertainment, and it reports a team size of 2 - 9 professionals.

It depends heavily on scope. A lean MVP might be a matter of weeks, while a full enterprise system or a larger digital transformation project can stretch into months once you factor in development, testing, and deployment. With a team of 2 - 9 professionals, Epic Design Labs can scale resources based on project urgency.

Like most established software teams, Epic Design Labs typically sticks around post-launch for ongoing maintenance — bug fixes, performance tuning, security patching, new feature work, and general technical support. For context, its listed capabilities span Crypto Exchange Development, Chat Bots & AI Development, Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it has been operating since 2010.

When you're weighing up a software partner such as Epic Design Labs, it's worth looking past the pitch and checking the portfolio, what past clients say, relevant industry background, technical range, how they communicate, pricing structure, project management style, and what support looks like after launch. For context, its listed capabilities span Crypto Exchange Development, Chat Bots & AI Development, Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and its typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.

That depends on where Epic Design Labs is based and who they primarily serve — some firms like this operate fully offshore, some are local-first, and plenty run a hybrid model that mixes both. For context, its listed capabilities span Crypto Exchange Development, Chat Bots & AI Development, Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it reports a team size of 2 - 9 professionals.

Most companies structured like Epic Design Labs give you a choice between a fixed-price contract, a dedicated team arrangement, or time-and-materials billing, so you can pick whichever lines up with your budget and how well-defined your scope already is. For context, it has experience across industries such as Insurance, Automotive, Agriculture, Advertising & Marketing and Media & Entertainment, and its typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.

Epic Design Labs isn't necessarily limited to one region and may take on clients across several countries, depending on market demand and business partnerships.

Modernizing legacy software is usually within scope for a firm like Epic Design Labs — re-platforming, refactoring old code, and moving things onto current frameworks or cloud infrastructure without necessarily rebuilding everything from zero. For context, it has experience across industries such as Insurance, Automotive, Agriculture, Advertising & Marketing and Media & Entertainment, and its typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.
