Skilled Mobile App Development Team That Understood Our Business

Rachel Coleman / CEO | Oct 12, 2026

epcsht did good work for us, and we would use them again. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. I would recommend epcsht to anyone looking for a dependable Mobile App Development partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with epcsht to rebuild our existing mobile app, which had poor reviews and frequent crashes. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. We worked together for around 8 months.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Sarah Roy / Owner | Aug 20, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We hired epcsht to migrate our sales team to a new CRM and set up automation. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. Overall it was a 4-month engagement.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Emily Shaw / Founder | Apr 16, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Nicole Carter / Co-Founder | Apr 14, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about our specialized technology solutions? We have the answers to help you make informed decisions.

epcsht has delivered projects across a range of different industries, including Travel & Hospitality, Logistics & Supply Chain, Fashion & Apparel, Events & Event Management, Legal Services and Education.

It depends heavily on scope. A lean MVP might be a matter of weeks, while a full enterprise system or a larger digital transformation project can stretch into months once you factor in development, testing, and deployment. With a team of 2 - 9 professionals, epcsht can scale resources based on project urgency.

What tends to set epcsht apart usually comes down to some mix of technical depth, relevant industry experience, how clients describe working with them, their development approach, communication habits, and whether they can actually deliver something that scales. Founded in 2016, the company has built a track record of delivering projects across various industries.

Like most established software teams, epcsht typically sticks around post-launch for ongoing maintenance — bug fixes, performance tuning, security patching, new feature work, and general technical support. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, UI-UX Design, Web Design and Web Development, and it reports a team size of 2 - 9 professionals.

When you're weighing up a software partner such as epcsht, it's worth looking past the pitch and checking the portfolio, what past clients say, relevant industry background, technical range, how they communicate, pricing structure, project management style, and what support looks like after launch. For context, it has experience across industries such as Travel & Hospitality, Logistics & Supply Chain, Fashion & Apparel, Events & Event Management, Legal Services and Education, and it reports a team size of 2 - 9 professionals.

Most companies structured like epcsht give you a choice between a fixed-price contract, a dedicated team arrangement, or time-and-materials billing, so you can pick whichever lines up with your budget and how well-defined your scope already is. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, UI-UX Design, Web Design and Web Development, and its typical hourly rate is around $50 - $99.

Most professional shops, including epcsht, expect to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before getting into specifics — it's a fairly standard ask and a reasonable one to make before sharing anything sensitive. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, UI-UX Design, Web Design and Web Development, and it has been operating since 2016.

epcsht generally runs something close to a standard structured process — requirements gathering, UI/UX design, development in agile sprints, QA testing along the way, deployment, and support once it's live. For context, it has experience across industries such as Travel & Hospitality, Logistics & Supply Chain, Fashion & Apparel, Events & Event Management, Legal Services and Education, and it reports a team size of 2 - 9 professionals.

The most reliable route is giving epcsht a clear, specific brief up front — through their website form, a direct email, or a call — since a vague ask tends to get a vague answer back, while a concrete one usually gets a proper estimate. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, UI-UX Design, Web Design and Web Development, and its typical hourly rate is around $50 - $99.
