Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Priya Fisher / CEO | Sep 28, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

The Web Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Element5 Digital was brought in to redesign and rebuild our company website on a modern stack. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The project took roughly 8 months from kickoff to launch.

Solid Quality Assurance & Testing Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Sara Khan / Founder | Sep 08, 2026

We were happy with the final result. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

Happy to recommend them.

Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Anna Müller / Founder & CEO | Aug 22, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Element5 Digital. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. We would definitely work with them again.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Zoe Taylor / Co-Founder & CTO | Jul 28, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

The exact stack shifts by project, but Element5 Digital commonly works across things like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Flutter, React Native, native iOS and Android, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it has experience across industries such as Mining & Metals, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, Human Resources and Agriculture.

When you're weighing up a software partner such as Element5 Digital, it's worth looking past the pitch and checking the portfolio, what past clients say, relevant industry background, technical range, how they communicate, pricing structure, project management style, and what support looks like after launch. For context, it has experience across industries such as Mining & Metals, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, Human Resources and Agriculture, and it has been operating since 1997.

That depends on where Element5 Digital is based and who they primarily serve — some firms like this operate fully offshore, some are local-first, and plenty run a hybrid model that mixes both. For context, it has experience across industries such as Mining & Metals, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, Human Resources and Agriculture, and it has been operating since 1997.

Plenty of modern software teams, Element5 Digital included, now build real AI and machine learning features — chatbots, predictive models, computer vision, and automation that goes beyond simple rule-based scripts. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it reports a team size of 10 - 49 professionals.

Most professional shops, including Element5 Digital, expect to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before getting into specifics — it's a fairly standard ask and a reasonable one to make before sharing anything sensitive. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it has been operating since 1997.

Modernizing legacy software is usually within scope for a firm like Element5 Digital — re-platforming, refactoring old code, and moving things onto current frameworks or cloud infrastructure without necessarily rebuilding everything from zero. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Design, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it has been operating since 1997.

The most reliable route is giving Element5 Digital a clear, specific brief up front — through their website form, a direct email, or a call — since a vague ask tends to get a vague answer back, while a concrete one usually gets a proper estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Mining & Metals, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, Human Resources and Agriculture, and it has been operating since 1997.
