We were happy with the final result. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.
