We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. We would definitely work with them again.
