Capable Mobile App Development team — happy with the end result

Raj Roy / Head of Engineering | Oct 16, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We partnered with DRUM'N'CODE to build iOS and Android apps for our customers, including booking, payments and push notifications. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 6-month engagement.

Honest advice and solid execution

Khalid Al Nuaimi / Director | Oct 16, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over.

We would definitely work with them again.

Capable Software Development team — happy with the end result

Lena Hoffmann / Head of Digital | Oct 11, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. I would recommend DRUM'N'CODE to anyone looking for a dependable Software Development partner.

Project summary

We hired DRUM'N'CODE to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The project took roughly 4 months from kickoff to launch.

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive Mobile App Development Team

Lotte de Vries / Head of Product | Aug 30, 2026

DRUM'N'CODE did an excellent job for us. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Would happily work with them again

Vikram Kulkarni / Director | Jun 03, 2026

DRUM'N'CODE did good work for us, and we would use them again. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.

We would definitely work with them again.
