Reliable UI/UX Design Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Darren Ng / Managing Director | Sep 18, 2026

Our experience with Diamond App Group LLC was really positive from start to finish. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. I would recommend Diamond App Group LLC to anyone looking for a dependable UI/UX Design partner.

Professional Web Development Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Julia Hoffmann / Head of Digital | Aug 30, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Jason Henderson / IT Manager | Jun 01, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.
