Great Experience With DH Systems Consultancy Limited on Our AI & Machine Learning Project

Kelly Bennett / Founder | Sep 17, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly.

We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

DH Systems Consultancy Limited was brought in to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 7-month engagement.
