Designtail Studio Delivered a Quality AI & Machine Learning Solution on Time

Ananya Nair / Co-Founder & CTO | Aug 20, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Designtail Studio. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We engaged Designtail Studio to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 9 months.

Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Emily Walker / VP of Engineering | Jul 30, 2026

Designtail Studio did an excellent job for us. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

Happy to recommend them.

Professional Web Development Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

We were happy with the final result. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.
