Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Vikram Nair / CEO | Sep 29, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

Our company worked with CodeSoul Solutions to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The engagement ran for about 4 months.

Great Experience With CodeSoul Solutions on Our UI/UX Design Project

Marcus Wong / CEO | Jul 19, 2026

They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Zoe Smith / Product Manager | Jul 12, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.

I would recommend CodeSoul Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Carlos Reed / CTO | Jul 03, 2026

The project went well overall. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

The Software Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Lauren Bennett / Product Manager | Apr 04, 2026

CodeSoul Solutions did good work for us, and we would use them again. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

CodeSoul Solutions Delivered a Quality AI & Machine Learning Solution on Time

Oliver Edwards / CEO | Jan 07, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.
