Skilled AI & Machine Learning Team That Understood Our Business

Andre Hayes / Director | Oct 20, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with CoDesign Apps. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

I would recommend CoDesign Apps to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with CoDesign Apps to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. We worked together for around 4 months.

They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Carlos Wallace / VP of Engineering | Sep 22, 2026

Our experience with CoDesign Apps was really positive from start to finish. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Great Experience With CoDesign Apps on Our AI & Machine Learning Project

Ella Thompson / Managing Director | Aug 17, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Naledi Nkosi / Co-Founder & CTO | May 30, 2026
