Would happily work with them again

Neha Mehta / CEO | Sep 14, 2026

Our experience with Coded Idea was really positive from start to finish. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Lerato Naidoo / IT Director | Sep 09, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.
