We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. Happy to recommend them.
