Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive Game Development Team

Sanne Bakker / Co-Founder | Sep 21, 2026

Our experience with City insider INC was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

City insider INC was brought in to port our game to new platforms and improve performance. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 9-month engagement.

Dependable AI & Machine Learning Partner for a Growing Manufacturing Business

Kelly Henderson / Founder & CEO | Aug 02, 2026

The project went well overall. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We partnered with City insider INC to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. We worked together for around 5 months.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Ryan Ramirez / Product Manager | May 11, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

The IT Managed Services work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Capable Game Development team — happy with the end result

Mark Patel / CTO | May 10, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. Happy to recommend them.

Reliable Web Development Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Megan Johnson / Owner | Apr 21, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.
