Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.
