Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Nikhil Shah / Senior Engineering Manager | Oct 06, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Carte Blanche Design Studio. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

I would recommend Carte Blanche Design Studio to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with Carte Blanche Design Studio to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The project took roughly 2 months from kickoff to launch.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Kavya Shah / Senior Product Manager | Aug 17, 2026

Our experience with Carte Blanche Design Studio was really positive from start to finish. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.
