Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.
