Brivian Reviews

Dependable Mobile App Development Partner for a Growing Mining & Metals Business

Conor Kelly / CEO | Oct 07, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Divya Menon / Head of Digital | Sep 15, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We hired Brivian to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 8-month engagement.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Lucy Lloyd / CEO | Sep 03, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Brivian. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Brivian was brought in to build a customer portal where clients can log in, track orders and download invoices. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 2 months.

Great Experience With Brivian on Our AI & Machine Learning Project

Ryan Sullivan / Director of Technology | Aug 17, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Brivian. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We would definitely work with them again.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Zoe Ryan / Co-Founder & CTO | Jun 24, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. I would recommend Brivian to anyone looking for a dependable Web Development partner.
