Blue Cube IT, LLC Delivered a Quality IT Managed Services Solution on Time

Nikhil Joshi / Head of Digital Transformation | Oct 20, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Rob Wright / Operations Manager | Oct 11, 2026

Our experience with Blue Cube IT, LLC was really positive from start to finish. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The IT Managed Services work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Lena Weber / Founder & CEO | May 08, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Ashley Wallace / Head of Digital Transformation | Apr 29, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.

Blue Cube IT, LLC Delivered a Quality Software Development Solution on Time

Ben Turner / Head of Product | Jan 04, 2026

Blue Cube IT, LLC did good work for us, and we would use them again.
