Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Rahul Desai / Co-Founder & CTO | Sep 28, 2026

Bizkey Solutions did good work for us, and we would use them again. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

Bizkey Solutions was brought in to rebuild an internal order management system that had outgrown its original design. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. We worked together for around 2 months.

I work as Co-Founder & CTO at Bluepeak Agri Pvt Ltd. We operate in Agriculture and most of our customers are in and around Kolkata, India.
What specific problem or business challenge led you to hire this company?

Why did you choose this company over other providers you considered?

Dependable AI & Machine Learning Partner for a Growing Energy & Utilities Business

Noah Campbell / Co-Founder & CTO | Sep 02, 2026

We were happy with the final result. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We hired Bizkey Solutions to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. Overall it was a 6-month engagement.

Professional Software Development Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Divya Reddy / Managing Director | Jun 23, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over.

I would recommend Bizkey Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable Software Development partner.

Capable UI/UX Design team — happy with the end result

James Edwards / Founder & CEO | May 20, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. I would recommend Bizkey Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable UI/UX Design partner.

Professional AI & Machine Learning Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Joanne Tan / Program Manager | Apr 27, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Reliable Software Development Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Ella Wilson / Managing Director | Mar 10, 2026

The project went well overall. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. We would definitely work with them again.

Solid AI & Machine Learning Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Sneha Kulkarni / Co-Founder | Jan 29, 2026

We were happy with the final result. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. I would recommend Bizkey Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.
