Great Experience With Bitsol on Our Mobile App Development Project

Yousef Saleh / Co-Founder | Oct 16, 2026

Bitsol did an excellent job for us. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

Happy to recommend them.

Capable E-commerce Development team — happy with the end result

Tobias Richter / Senior Product Manager | Sep 13, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Our company worked with Bitsol to add subscriptions and a better checkout to our existing store. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 3-month engagement.

Skilled Web Development Team That Understood Our Business

Darragh Walsh / Director | Sep 01, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Honest advice and solid execution

Maria Coleman / CEO | Jun 07, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

I would recommend Bitsol to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Felix Koch / Co-Founder & CTO | Apr 13, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Sara Fernandes / Chief Digital Officer | Apr 02, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Eva Jansen / IT Director | Mar 02, 2026

Bitsol did good work for us, and we would use them again. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

Happy to recommend them.
