BISS d.o.o. Reviews

BISS d.o.o. Delivered a Quality UI/UX Design Solution on Time

Meera Agarwal / CEO | Oct 15, 2026

BISS d.o.o. did good work for us, and we would use them again. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Our company worked with BISS d.o.o. to run user research and create new designs for our mobile app. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The project took roughly 9 months from kickoff to launch.

Skilled Web Development Team That Understood Our Business

Neha Nair / Operations Manager | Jul 02, 2026

The project went well overall. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Thijs de Vries / Head of Engineering | May 25, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.
