Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Sean Byrne / Founder | Oct 07, 2026

autotech360 did an excellent job for us. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We hired autotech360 to redesign the user experience of our SaaS product. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. The engagement ran for about 8 months.

They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Rachel Coleman / Program Manager | Sep 17, 2026

The project went well overall. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. I would recommend autotech360 to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

We hired autotech360 to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The project took roughly 4 months from kickoff to launch.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Tom Barker / Director of IT | Sep 16, 2026

autotech360 did good work for us, and we would use them again. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We engaged autotech360 to set up automated testing for our web application. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The engagement ran for about 6 months.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Maya Campbell / Owner | May 08, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with autotech360. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.
