Great Experience With Artelligence creation on Our IT Managed Services Project

Mitch Murphy / Head of Engineering | Oct 11, 2026

Our experience with Artelligence creation was really positive from start to finish. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. I would recommend Artelligence creation to anyone looking for a dependable IT Managed Services partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with Artelligence creation to provide ongoing monitoring and support for our cloud infrastructure. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 6 months.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Meera Sharma / Founder & CEO | Aug 18, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Lucy Walker / CEO | Jul 22, 2026

Our experience with Artelligence creation was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The IT Managed Services work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. I would recommend Artelligence creation to anyone looking for a dependable IT Managed Services partner.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Megan Miller / Owner | Mar 04, 2026

Our experience with Artelligence creation was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. I would recommend Artelligence creation to anyone looking for a dependable Software Development partner.
