Solid Software Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Ravi Qureshi / Managing Director | Aug 29, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

Apptology Inc. * was brought in to rebuild an internal order management system that had outgrown its original design. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The project took roughly 9 months from kickoff to launch.

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive CRM Development Team

Eric Wallace / Co-Founder & CTO | Aug 28, 2026

Apptology Inc. * did good work for us, and we would use them again. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We engaged Apptology Inc. * to customize our CRM and connect it to our website and billing system. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 5-month engagement.

Skilled CRM Development Team That Understood Our Business

Divya Shah / Co-Founder | Aug 17, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

We would definitely work with them again.

Emma Thompson / General Manager | Aug 04, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Apptology Inc. *. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Communication was consistent.
