They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We are already discussing the next phase with them.
