We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.
