Solid Mobile App Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Thijs Smit / Operations Manager | Sep 02, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Appia Consultancy services. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We engaged Appia Consultancy services to rebuild our existing mobile app, which had poor reviews and frequent crashes. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The project took roughly 9 months from kickoff to launch.

Professional Software Development Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Oliver Doyle / CEO | Aug 15, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

The Software Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Dependable AI & Machine Learning Partner for a Growing Information Technology Business

Andre Foster / VP of Engineering | May 18, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Appia Consultancy services. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

I would recommend Appia Consultancy services to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Arjun Desai / Chief Digital Officer | Jan 15, 2026
