Reliable UI/UX Design Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Siddharth Bose / Managing Director | Aug 14, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

Ambient Consulting was brought in to run user research and create new designs for our mobile app. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The project took roughly 7 months from kickoff to launch.

Honest advice and solid execution

Tom Evans / Founder & CEO | May 28, 2026

Our experience with Ambient Consulting was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.
