Reliable Quality Assurance & Testing Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Rohan Nair / Director of IT | Aug 19, 2026

We were happy with the final result. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We partnered with ALOUD to run performance and load testing ahead of a big launch. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. We worked together for around 2 months.

Would happily work with them again

Aoife O'Connor / Chief Digital Officer | Jul 15, 2026

Our experience with ALOUD was really positive from start to finish. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over.

We would definitely work with them again.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Jonas Müller / Managing Director | Jul 11, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We engaged ALOUD to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The engagement ran for about 3 months.
