Professional Quality Assurance & Testing Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Isla O'Brien / Program Manager | Sep 30, 2026

The project went well overall. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

Alkmen Infotech was brought in to run performance and load testing ahead of a big launch. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The project took roughly 5 months from kickoff to launch.

Capable DevOps Services team — happy with the end result

Jason Henderson / CEO | Sep 27, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. I would recommend Alkmen Infotech to anyone looking for a dependable DevOps Services partner.

Reliable AI & Machine Learning Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Faisal Al Qahtani / CEO | Apr 25, 2026
