The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.
