Capable Software Development team — happy with the end result

Niamh Walsh / Program Manager | Oct 08, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We hired 99 Logitech to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The engagement ran for about 5 months.

Would happily work with them again

Amy Shaw / Head of Digital Transformation | Sep 27, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. I would recommend 99 Logitech to anyone looking for a dependable Mobile App Development partner.

Project summary

We partnered with 99 Logitech to rebuild our existing mobile app, which had poor reviews and frequent crashes. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. We worked together for around 8 months.

Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Anna Richter / Director of Technology | Jul 18, 2026

When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Amit Agarwal / Founder | Jun 18, 2026

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Pooja Kulkarni / Founder | Jan 07, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

Happy to recommend them.
