They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.

We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.
